Gemo Global Shipping Policy
Shipping Method
At the moment, we only offer one delivery service: standard shipping.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering. An order can only be delivered to one address. If a customer wishes to send orders to multiple addresses, they must place a separate order for each address.
Delivery areas
Postal boxes are not accepted as a shipping address.
Standard shipping is available to all Europe including Switzerland and the UK. The shipment is currently not available in other parts of the world. Please switch to the local websites if you are ordering from Asia.

Ordering process
- Order confirmation: Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to remain in the "processing" stage. This does not mean that we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared and is ready to ship.
- Packaging confirmation: After packaging and shipping your order, a second confirmation email is sent to you, along with your tracking number.
- Track your order: To know the delivery status, you can track your order or consult your customer account.
Gemo is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Gemo is not responsible for delays related to the carrier itself (e.g. related to customs clearance).
Risk and Loss: All items purchased from Gemo are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products is passed on to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Claims Handling: Gemo monitors and records all reports of lost, missing, incorrect or damaged products. Lost, missing or incorrect/damaged products must be reported within 7 calendar days after the order has been marked as delivered. For incorrect/damaged products, photos must be provided. Gemo reserves the right to limit and/or refuse the return or refund of an order or product to the extent permitted by law. In the event of an exchange or replacement, the returned order will not be eligible for a new return and/or refund.
Rights And taxes
Local and import taxes can be applied in some countries. They are not included in the order amounts indicated. The buyer or the recipient shall be responsible for these taxes and rights. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service at info@gemoglobal.com.
